Who’s making the prices?
Our renters choose how, when and how much it cost for the scooter that they rent. we make sure that they put an adequate price to avoid there are too big fluctuations from one rental to another.
What can I do if a date is not available?
If the date you are trying to choose is not available with the rental company you have selected, we advise you to choose another one and check if it has dates that suit you.
Am I covered if I have an accident with the scooter?
If you have a severe injury with a rented scooter, you must report it to your insurance.
Can I have insurance?
We do not offer insurance services because your own personal insurance must cover you in case of casualties.
What happens if I damage the scooter?
If the damage is minor, the owner will use your deposit to pay for the repair. If the damage costs more than the warranty deposit, the owner will claim our After-sell services, and you will have to pay the additional fees.
If the scooter you rent gets stolen, you will have to pay back the price of a new scooter.
How do I avoid having my scooter be stolen?
If you rent a scooter, avoid parking your scooter outside at night. Keep the scooter inside the place where you stay and use a locker when you make a stop during the day.
If you are a scooter provider, ask to verify the ID card of the renter before giving the scooter to the renter.
I want to rent more than one scooter, what should I do?
We have several of our partners who offer several scooters at the same time. Just make sure they are available at the same time with the desired partner.
The other option you have is to find different partners who have dates available at the same time. You may need to pick up the scooters from several different locations. To do so, you must add more than one rental to your shopping cart.
How can i rent my scooter?
If you want to be part of the rental team, all you have to do is register on the site as a partner and fill in all the required fields. You will then need to configure your store and your products. We have a variety of tutorial videos to show you how to do it.
